All manuscript reports with scientific and effective novelty are considered for reviewing. At first, the formats, styles and scientific value of submitted manuscript are assessed by editorial board. If the submitted manuscript was compatible with the guidelines of the journal, it would be sent to three qualified and specialized reviewers according to the topic of the manuscript; otherwise it would be rejected or sent back to the corresponding author for necessary corrections.

The names of authors and reviewers would be mutually doubleblinded. However, the authors could offer reviewers for their manuscripts. The comments of reviewers along with the decision of editorial board are forwarded to the corresponding author. The final decision letter is sent to the corresponding author after that the reviewers comments have been answered appropriately.
