Given his condition, ongoing anticoagulant therapy with warfarin is required, alongside annual cardiac assessments. Employment restrictions recommended for this patient include avoiding heavy manual labor, working at heights, operating hazardous tools, confined workspaces, and solitary work environments. Additionally, prescription glasses are mandatory to address his ocular complications, with regular follow-up by an ophthalmologist. Following a sleep study, no limitations were indicated for night shift work, permitting him flexibility in shift scheduling.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
